Dear Schappert Sr, Family:
Bill and I go back quite a few years. He was an usher at my wedding and we worked together for many years. We had a lot in common. He had a marvelous business capability. He encouraged all those who worked for us to increase their abilities by increasing their responsibilities. As a result, many of those persons took on very important business positions.
Bill was a very impressive business leader. While the company's objectives were very important, expanding an individual's capbilities was one of his major objectives. He had a very pleasant personality which contributed to many friendships. He was one of the individuals that 'Make America Great'. There is no question in my mind that Bill is already contributing to operations in heaven. Keep up the great work Bill., I'm looking forward to being with you again.

Sending thoughts and prayers to Ginger, Bill, Steve, Mark and the entire Schappert family on the loss of Bill Sr. He was a man of great faith and a excellent role model for all.
