Anne was always the most loving, caring, fun person who welcomed me and my family with open arms and a beautiful smile from the first day we met her. Having the Cioffi’s visit us in Barnegat Light in the summers were the best times we had. She blessed us in our new summer home in Delaware by being the first to visit us there and of course, brought us a welcome sign that she made that we proudly have hanging in our living room there. She will always be in our hearts especially every time we see the gift she so lovingly made for us. We will miss her beautiful smile, cheerful personality, and her love. God bless you Anne. We hope there are chocolate chip cookies in heaven!
