Obituary of Marian Inello
Marian (Ciardi) Inello, of Brookfield, wife of the late Vincent Inello, passed away peacefully at Danbury Hospital on Wednesday, October 5th. She was born in Bronx, NY on October 30, 1930, daughter of the late Carmine Ciardi and Frances (Berna) Santangelo.
Marian worked as a bank manager for First Federal Savings in Carmel, NY where she and Vincent lived and raised their children for over 30 years. They retired to The Villages in Lady Lake, FL and spent 20 years enjoying life to the fullest. Marian enjoyed bowling, playing cards, took up golf, and made many friends there. She loved to shop, and when she was relaxing it would be in front of the television watching an old movie, a game show, or the NY Yankees.
She will be sadly missed by her two daughters, Susan Resner and son-in-law Mike Resner, Judy McGee and her husband, Michael; her four grandchildren, Christopher Tonnesen and his wife, Paige, Michael Resner, Jamie and Rebecca McGee; and her three great grandchildren, Catalina Resner, Cameron and Emma Tonnesen. She was predeceased by her grandson, Jason Resner.
A Memorial Service honoring Marian’s life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 22, 2022, at the Faith Church, 600 Danbury Rd #1, New Milford, CT. There are no calling hours. Memorial contributions in her memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, www.stjude.org.
