Obituary of Violet Louise Schoepp

Bethel – Mrs. Violet (Schussler) Schoepp, age 95, of Bethel, passed away peacefully on Tuesday October 18, 2022 at the Bethel Health Care Center. She was the widow of Walter Schoepp.

Mrs. Schoepp was born September 21, 1927 in Bronx, New York daughter of the late Victor and Louise (Reimer) Schussler. She worked at the Grand Union in New Fairfield for many years, enjoyed volunteering at New Fairfield Animal Welfare, reading and talking on the phone.

Mrs. Schoepp is survived by her children: Walter Schoepp and his wife Betty of Florida, Kristine Montuori and her husband Joe of New Fairfield, George Schoepp and his wife Lesley of Florida, John Schoepp of Patterson, New York, and William Schoepp and his wife Carla of Kennebunk, ME. her sister: Carol Esposito of Florida and her 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Private funeral services and burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery in New Fairfield. There are no calling hours. The Cornell Memorial Home 247 White Street Danbury is in charge of arrangements.
