Bill & Angela Raymond posted a condolence
Sunday, March 26, 2023
Our sincerest condolences to Chris, Don’s children, and extended family. We knew Don to be a man of kind, gentle demeanor. He fascinated our son with science, tapping for sap, and collecting endless can tabs. Don was also a longtime next door neighbor and friend to our folks while he lived in the Shores along with his first wife Terry and then Chris. Even after Don and Chris relocated to Danbury, he continued a welcome friendship to our elderly homebound dad with regular visits back to the Shores.
We hope Don has found peace and that his family take great pride and solace embracing the gift of his legacy.
In fond memory and peace, Bill and Angela Raymond

Our sincere condolences to the MacMillan Family on the loss of Don. He was a gentleman and a good listener. He spoke glowingly of his family and dearly loved Candlewood Lake.

I am deeply sorry for your loss. I am very thankful for the time I could be Chris’ and Don’s neighbor. I will never forget the beautiful moments I was allowed to share with them.
