Trevor you were a truly amazing cousin. You had the kindest heart, so caring, patient, loving and honest. Your memory will be kept alive in my and my families hearts forever. So many memories were made over the years and as our families grew they became more special. Despite the miles between us there was always opportunities for catch ups and visits, whether it be home in Scotland, New York or Brookfield. Trevor you are so sorely missed, our hearts were not ready for your passing. Love Beverly and Family x

My heartfelt condolences to the family of Trevor. I met Trevor in 1992 working with him in the Front Office department on the Crystal Harmony. When I started there, Trevor made sure that I quickly became part of the Crystal family. There are so many wonderful memories that I will always cherish. Please accept my deepest sympathies during this difficult time.

Inner Trevor when we were both working at OfficeTeam in Danbury, and through him met Martha.
Our children were close in age (Martha was carrying Ian while I was pregnant with my own daughter), and went the same daycare center.
Our young families enjoyed spending time together, especially on the lake.
Trevor adored his family, loved to entertain, and was a very funny conversationalist.
My heart is with Martha, Sinead and Ian, and with Trevor’s parents.

I have such fond memories of Trevor. When Martha met Trevor, she was excited and so, so delighted to have met this gem. He made her so happy- she beamed when she spoke of this kind, fun and ever so handsome Scotsman.
When I met him I could see why. Trevor was one of the kindest, warmest, funniest and most gentle and authentic people I had ever met.
He made all of those around him feel so special and so welcome.
Years ago he invited Dave and I onto the fanciest cruise ship which had docked in Dublin.
He was working there. We were so excited!
We arrived to find Trevor waiting for us with that broad, welcoming smile of his. We were in our best attire, had made a significant effort (we thought!) but found out pretty soon that we were significantly under-dressed for the occasion. Did Trevor care? Not one bit.
We felt like VIPs being shown around and he was proud of these two Irish friends. We have never forgotten that special evening.
I cannot believe we will not meet him again. I wish I had seen more of him these last few years.
But I will not have regrets. What I do have are special, happy memories and a chance for me to remind myself every day to be more like Trevor Balloch.
Kind. Considerate. Loving. Caring. Fun to be around. Knowing what’s important in life. Making a positive difference in other’s lives.
Goodbye Trevor. You are forever in our memories. Honestly.
Martha, Sinéad and Ian- we are so so sorry and we are here for you.

Balloch Family…Trevor had an amazing gift of lighting up the lives of everyone that crossed his path. Crystal Harmony… I had the privilege of being a crew member. He always had a smile on his face when he entered a room. You could tell he had the passion for life, loved his job and Crystal Family. Sincere condolences. We were deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Trevor
The first time that I met Trevor was only a few years ago when we were on holidays traveling with our son Ruairi’s basketball team and we stayed an extra week in New York
On the way we stopped to call into Martha and Trevor so Claire could say hello to Martha.
Before we know we were out on the speed boat on the lake and Ruairi had a fantastic time with Ian and his friends.
Afterwards we had an amazing bbq cooked by Trevor, what a feast!
What was planned was a quick stop to say hello turned out to be of the most memorable days of our trip.
What a caring, sharing family.
Trevor you will greatly missed by your family and friends, but never forgotten.
Thank you for the memories .
