Very sorry to hear about Mike’s passing. My sincere condolences to family and friends.
I was blessed to have worked with Mike. He was a gifted person on so many fronts. I have never laughed so hard at any point in my professional career. Thank you, Mike.
Indeed, there’s no such a thing as bad food in Italy.
Rest in peace…

I am so sorry to hear that Mike has left us. I worked with him for 15 years. Our collaboration resulted in the most effective, creative marketing of his beloved silanes. But it was more than work. Mike was a friend, a mentor, a leader, and a guy who could make you laugh. My condolences to the family.

I remember Mike as always being on the positive side of life - independent on any challenges existing. We were excited by common dreams. Great memories, never forgotten!
Good bye, Mike!

Vickie and Family,
Please accept my thoughts and prayers to you and the family. Mike was a true leader and pioneer in the Tire and Rubber Industry. I was fortunate to know Mike the last 20 years and learned many things from him. He was a great role model for the ones that have come after him. He paid it forward for sure.
I hope that you find peace and strength in the days to come. I am sure Mike is watching over the family. God's speed.
Regards,
Josh Guilliams

Dear Vickie,
We are so sorry for your loss. I wish I had words to heal the loss of a spouse, but unfortunately I don't. This will come only in God's time.
Mike lived and loved life full throttle as you well know. In business he was a go big or go home type of person and he wasn't one to leave a challenge on the table. He was one of the most gifted story tellers I ever knew. He would probably ask who I thought the number two story teller was. He was a great colleague and I learned a lot from him about Sales, Marketing and the World.
One thing he told many of us is that all customers lie and there is no bad food in Italy. Perhaps, you will find some comfort in this reading from Isaiah.
Isaiah 25:6-8
With Mike at the banquet the cooks and the wine will likely be Italian.
Our prayers,
Martin & Margaret

My sincere condolences to you, Vickie, and to the family.
Mike was a great guy that I had the privilege to call my friend and colleague. Over the years, we worked on several successful projects due in large part to his vision, clear thinking and, most importantly, ability to work well with the people on his team. His broad smile and positive attitude were contagious and made working with him a pleasure. Mike’s story-telling and sense of humor were welcomed after a hard day’s work. One of my favorite stories is when Mike was a young man working in the oil patch. When driving to a well head, a policeman pulled him over and asked him if he knew how fast he was driving. Mike responded with a smile, “No sir, the speedometer only goes to 130 mph and it was pegged”. The policeman laughed, gave him a warning and said that he should drive more safely. Mike’s humor and candor often resolved difficult situations.
Mike will be dearly missed.

Dear Vicky,
I am very sad to hear the news that Mike passed away .
I would like to express my sincere condolences to you, your children, grandchildren and your entire family.
I was very lucky to have Mike as my manager for 2008-2017 .
I learned a lot from him. I am very thankful to him .
I have always greatly appreciated his joie de vivre, his leadership, his optimism, his open-mindedness, his way of communicating with all of us and of always moving forward even if life didn't spare him.
He had a vision and always knew how to lead his troops and overcome all barriers.
I am wishing you and family courage and peace.
Mike repose en paix.
Au revoir Christine

First time I met Mike professionally was in 1999 at tire company Vredestein in the Netherlands. I still recall his passion and drive developing business for a new additive in tires. Years later, in 2018, I was lucky to become part of his team and to actually succeed him. I am thankful for what he learned me and for the years I met him. Wishing the family strength! Regards, Luc ter Bogt, Enschede, Netherlands.

Mike was one of the funniest guys I knew. When we worked together @ GE in Wilton, CT, a bunch of us would eat lunch together nearly every day. Mike would always entertain us with his old Oklahoma stories. He was so funny. It was hard for us to eat & laugh at the same time. But, we did !
Up until a few days ago, several of us, including Mike, group texted nearly every day, solving the worlds problems.
I will miss him lots !
God bless you, Mike.
