Sorry for the late reply. I was looking over this page & I thought I already left a message.
So, it started at least 30 yrs ago. My best friend Patti was dating/married to Al Caprio. Always being at Pat's house, along with Al there too, I met the infamous "Rock D." Nice guy, I always thought. We got along well. Always taking me on rides with his bike. Holding on to that big belly of his. Finally, he officially asked me out. We went to the Bethlehem Fair, just after it rained. Boy, what a soggy mess. This time Rocky took his truck.
He did act like a gentleman, unlike some of the stories I heard. If he was nice to me, I was nice back. I could not comprehend the news of Rocky's death. I was truly saddened/shocked when I heard the awful news. I certainly hope the family is doing well now. I waited 2 hours in line at the wake, but still was nowhere near the door. I have the big Rock in my thoughts.

My Deepest condolences to the DaMato family. Rock's presence was larger than life and touched so many. If it wasn't a helping hand or lasting memory it was 100% a good laugh. He was someone you could always say was a friend, no matter how much time in between the visits. He always spoke of family, it was obvious how much you all meant to him. He was a proud DaMato.
I pray for all who loved him to shine his light in this darkest time.

I am sorry to hear of this news and send my deepest condolences to the whole family, Rocky was a good friend and had a sincere appreciation for all of his friends he was always there willing to lend a hand and help our neighbors and he had a super laugh and always had a comment whether it was needed or not and he will be missed.
