I had many a laugh with Noreen on the phone when she was head of the Prayer Line for church. I would call her so often that she named me her best customer.
I will miss her laugh and great smile. I always used to complement her on her beautiful hair.
She was a dear lady and friend.

We have known Noreen and her family since 1966. She was more than a friend she was a sister. Her children and Ralph are like family. We will miss her she was a very special lady.

Growing up I was in Noreen and Ralph’s house A LOT. Aka Mr. and MRS Toscano…After all, their daughter Susan was my best friend from 8th grade on. The thing I remember most is when I went to their house on flax hill drive was feeling so welcomed. The warm cottage-like feel if their home with their craftiness and music evident everywhere. They laughed at what I said at all the right moments. I always wanted to hang out there. And when Sue and I snuck off to the Horncastles lake house to hang out on the dock and visit the market, which was as much as we could…we had a sense of freedom and then come back for dinner, again…with Mr. and Mrs. Toscano around that rustic table and it was always light and easy and a lot of laughter. This was/is a family with creative and light hearted charm, talent and humor. Mrs. Toscano was the one to help fuel that environment. I wish I got to experience more of this family but life takes us elsewhere. I was always in awe of MRS. Toscano’s craftiness and warm and welcoming vibe in their house. It was a pleasure and a joy to be part of their world!
