Dear Carmine & Josephine,
Your son was one of the defining individuals I had the pleasure of becoming friends with in college. In these years Jon and I matured from boys to men and that bond lasted long after as one of my most cherished friendships. To call him one of a kind is an understatement. The world is truly a little dimmer without his presence. I and the rest of his Drexel friends are devastated by his passing. I hope that you can take a little solace with the knowledge that Jon lived life to the fullest and brought so much happiness and love into my life. He will be forever missed.
With Love,
Chris Cannon

I had the pleasure of meeting Jon over ten years ago in connection with his work at Belimo. I experienced Jon as an open-minded, conscientious and extremely competent professional.
Years later I had the pleasure of working with Jon again on a new project that is still ongoing.
His open-minded and friendly manner created a good team spirit and brought the teamwork forward in big steps.
The many unforgettable moments with Jon will remain in my memory.
I am happy and grateful that I was able to get to know Jonathan.
May he rest in peace.

Jon was like a brother to me. News of his passing hit me extremely hard, and I’m still having trouble believing he’s gone. He had this amazing talent to be able to make everyone laugh no matter the circumstances. He kept us all grounded, and he was always ready to drop everything to help anyone out. He showed me the importance of always staying positive and sticking together. I'll never forget the good times we had and the joy he brought into our lives. Even though he's gone, his good vibes and kindness will stick with me forever. I will miss him dearly. Thank you Jon for all you did for me. Per Audacia Ad Astra, I’ll see you starside.

I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Jon from Belimo Switzerland for many years. He always had the patience to explain complex topics and his knowledge to the team in a simple way. He was the positive voice in many joint projects, thank you for that!
I had the privilege of working with Jon for more than 10 years, countless unforgettable moments with Jon will remain in my memory.
I am grateful that I was able to meet Jonathan.
May he rest in peace.

Jon was a very loving person. I worked indirectly with him at Belimo's testing lab as an outside contractor and he always had a smile and some dry wit to share. Jon will be missed by family and friends and I will always smile when I think of him. God Bless him and his family. My sincere condolences to all who are heartbroken with his passing. Just remember that that great smile of his is looking down at you all the days of your life.

The weight of Jon's passing is like a heavy fog that refuses to lift. My thoughts and sympathy extend to his family and friends; we've lost one of life's true gems.
Our paths first intertwined in 2011 when I changed roles at Belimo. Jon was my replacement. Jon possessed an uncanny ability to absorb knowledge. He fearlessly embraced every challenge, whether it meant immersing himself in Switzerland or navigating the intricate landscapes of China.
Our journeys to Switzerland, Las Vegas, and Orlando were memorable. The Orlando trip in February 2020, right on the cusp of the impending pandemic, remains etched in memory. Jon and I hatched a plan to explore Epcot before the start of the trade show. Jon led the way straight to the China World Showcase, where we found the place with the longest line and ordered delicious food and a purple cocktail!
Jon's invitation to a brew festival in Philly allowed him to share the city where he had once studied. His enthusiastic storytelling, peppered with historical "facts" that seemed to grow more imaginative with each word, provided hours of entertainment. It didn’t take long for our Swiss friends to separate fact from fiction, and we all shared a good laugh. After all Jon studied engineering, not history.
Watching Jon's evolution from a newcomer to a highly educated, accomplished engineer who turned his job into a thriving career has been a privilege. Knowing him has left an indelible mark on my own life, and I am grateful for it.
Rest in peace friend.

Johnathon, who i met online as Rev, was always cheerful when we spoke. I didn't know him for long but the short period i knew him, he made the brief moments special and always put a smile on my face. No one could ever replace who he was to myself and those around him. The world will be a different place now, one where Johnathon left his mark on those he knew, one where we continue smiling on for Johnathon. Thank you for everything Johnathon. You will be always remembered by us all

Jonathan, or as I knew him, Rev, was a great friend, and a rare person. Whenever I had the opportunity to talk with him, I never knew where the conversation was going to go, but I always knew that I would leave the conversation feeling better off and fortunate to have had the opportunity. He always seemed upbeat and positive, even when you thought things weren't going great he was there with a joke, or a supportive comment that helped keep everyone going. I never knew him to get angry or put others down, and honestly, I don't think I have ever run into someone like that ever before or since. Without hi sometimes, the world honestly seems a little less bright and a little greyer. I also know, though, that if everyone who knew him takes just a bit of who he was and their memories of him with them, the world might not be so dim and grey. He was a great guy, and a good friend, and he will be dearly missed.

Jonathan (AKA Rev to us) was a great guy. Calm, kind companionate, and a natural leader. To say that he was a pillar of our community is an understatement. Our group just won't be the same without him, but I'm happy I got to spend the time with him I did.

Although my interactions with Jonathan were limited, I've always known he was a prominent figure in our Destiny 2 Clan. Many of us knew Jonathan by his online alias, "Rev." He was my clanmate. A cornerstone in our tight-knit community of friends. While my distinct memories with Jonathan may be limited, our shared gaming moments within the clan have left a mark. His sudden departure came as a shock. A surreal moment that brought sadness even to those who didn't know him well. It's a testament to the kind of player and person he was, and while I may not have known Jonathan deeply, I knew this - he was one of the good ones.
Your absence will be deeply felt. May the hereafter embrace you in serenity.

John, or as I and many others affectionately knew him as "Rev", which was his online alias, was the best friend I could ever ask for. I met Rev 2 years ago through a mutual friend and there wasn't a single moment that went by where I didn't cherish being in his company. we would speak a few times a week when I and a few other close friends would play the online game "Destiny 2" together. We shared countless laughs and made many fantastic memories that I'll cherish forever. Rev always went out of his way to help me and others complete activities in the game because that's just the type of person he was, always went the extra mile to help a friend.
I'll miss you so much Rev,
Swaine.
