Obituary of Anna Marie Straub
Ann Straub “GG”, of Brookfield, passed away at 93 years old on Saturday, October 28, 2023, surrounded by her family.
Ann was the loving wife of the late Ralph Straub and came to Brookfield 27 years ago as lifelong NY Jet fans.
She leaves behind her daughter, Diane (Bill Muller); her granddaughter, Kimberly (Christopher Silvaggi) and grandson Bryan Muller (Diana Sclafani). She was also a great grandmother to Ashley (AJ. Mueller) Christopher, Caroline, Brayden, Easton, and a great great grandmother to Grayson.
She is also fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.
Ann was pre- deceased by her brother Steve, and sisters Katherine and Mary.
The family will receive visitors at the Brookfield Funeral Home from 5:00-7:00 on Wednesday November 1, 2023.
Interment with her husband Ralph in Calverton National Cemetery will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation in Ann’s memory.
