Dear John, Patrick and Liz & Families,
I am so very sorry for the loss of your Mom.. I worked with her from her first day til the late 80’s. I also worked in the OB office and got to to talk to her at least 3x a week. We nurses who worked with her knew she was a gem. She’d talk to the babies late at night during feedings and made everyone feel better when she’d smile. I miss her texts and fun posts.already. I’ll never forget her and I am so sorry you have to miss her. Know just how much she loved each and every one of you! She’ll be sending you signs that she’s still with you.

I worked with Ellen for 20 years at Danbury Hospital Family Birth Center. She was a wonderful nurse and loved what she was doing. She always called me Annie, and she had her computer station called Nalley's desk right next to the Mct/secretary desk. We had many conversations about life, family and advise in that little space that I will always be thankful for. My children always looked forward to stopping by her house when we were trick or treating and always loved seeing the tree that was lit up in the yard at Christmas time. She will be missed and loved by all who knew her and loved her. ❤️

To the family, I am so sorry for your loss. I know that she will be missed greatly by all of you but by so many people. She always had a smile and kind word for everyone when ever you would meet her. She would always comment on my pictures of my grands.
She is with her husband now and Heaven has gained another Angel.
Sending prayers to all of you.

Ellen, I have many memories of you but specifically those of childhood days. We lived in the same neighborhood back then and were blessed to live and play our childhood games with such joy; the giggles, bike races, and hours of hopscotch. When the whistles blew, we knew it was time to get right home.
I regret the years contact was lost, but I will always be proud to have shared childhood times, and to have known the wonderful person you always were. Blessings and peace forevermore.
My heartfelt condolences,
Jean Humphrey

I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl 37 years ago. Ellen was at my side the whole time, encouraging me with her loving care. I saw her several times after that. I never forgot her and she never forgot me! She even remembered my daughter. Rest in peace my friend. I will never forget you!❤️

Ellen, you’re going to be missed by so many ❤️
What happy memories I can cherish of all our growing up days in Herkimer , the pool parties & pajama parties at your parents’ home, and all the fun we shared being together with all our friends . But, most of all, I will be cherishing every picture I took of us, all of us, as we traveled with our Herkimer “sisters” each year for our get-togethers. Your warmth and love for people shined brightly . You touched so many hearts !

Ellen, Brig, Jane and I went through the four-year nursing program together at D'Youville College. These were wonderful years we spent together, with too many memories to pick just one. RIP Ellen in the arms of your beloved Jack. You will be missed by so many. Michele Maddox
