Obituary of Noeline M. Vicini
Brookfield – Mrs. Noeline M. (Bailey) Vicini, age 87, of Brookfield passed away peacefully with her family at her side on Thursday January 25, 2024, at Danbury Hospital. She was predeceased by her husband of 52 years, Rocco Vicini.
Mrs. Vicini was born December 20, 1936, in Dublin, Ireland daughter of the late Isaac and Ivy (Irwin) Bailey. She retired after working as a daycare worker at Pine Grove Country Day School in Mahopac, NY for many years. Along with her husband, Mrs. Vicini lived in Mahopac, NY where they raised their family, and she realized her passion for gardening. They moved to Brookfield, CT in 2017.
Mrs. Vicini is survived by her loving daughters: Lisa O’Connor and her husband Matt of Brookfield, Natalie Whitters and her husband Chris of New Fairfield and Antonietta Feliciotto and her husband Tom of Hopewell Junction, NY, her grandchildren: Nicholas and Madeline O’Connor, Emily and Kayla Whitters and Brady and Ava Feliciotto, her brothers: Harry Bailey of England and Robert Bailey and his wife Susan, of England, her sister: Helen Segal of Los Angeles, CA, her sister in law: Tommasina Cavalea and her husband Vincent of Florida and many nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Vicini’s family would like to thank the staff and residents of The Linden of Brookfield for creating such a wonderful home for Noeline over the last year.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, February 8, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Brookfield. There are no calling hours. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
