Obituary of Marc J. Vasale
Marc J. Vasale, of Danbury, beloved husband of Elizabeth, died at Danbury Hospital on Tuesday Feb.13, 2024. He will be missed by his son, Zachary; his parents, Bill and Cindy Vasale; and his sister Tracy Thorndike.
His life feels cut short, yet he lived more than most people ever do. An adventurous youth of extreme sports and a passion for cars ultimately lead him to his twin flame, Elizabeth. Marc attended Abbot Tech High School. He was employed at Town Line Body Shop in Monroe. He previously worked at Putnam Automotive Group and R&R Collision Specialties.
Marc was an amazing father and always present, involved, and supportive. As much as he enjoyed his warm, quiet life surrounded by his family, he was approachable, and his laughter drew others close. Marc was a man of action, always lending a hand to those in need. He touched the lives of so many. Marc was authentic and unapologetically himself, well known in the community for his skill and heart.
He lived a full and humble life, leaving a legacy of love and authenticity. He will be deeply missed.
The family will receive friends at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury, on Wednesday, February 21st between the hours of 5:00 – 7:00pm.
