So very sorry to hear of Uncle Mario's passing. I know he did not have the easiest path in life but I do remember that he was always there to greet you with a warm smile. I have fond memories of Uncle Mario. I take comfort in knowing that his path now and forever will be one of great ease.

My memories of Uncle Mario weren't as many as if I had grown up knowing him but I loved and admired him.
His love for his family and God were an example of how I should live my life. It won't be easy for any of us who knew and loved Uncle Mario to go on.
I will remember you always. Sundays won't ever be the same. I pray that in the days ahead our tears will be replaced with smiles at the many happy memories Uncle Mario gave to all of us. In the name of God may all of us left behind find comfort and peace. We are all so blessed to have had you in our lives. Thank you Uncle Mario.

To Mario's Family-
You know he was much more than an uncle to me. I admired him, respected and loved him. I admired him for the way he always took on all the many obstacles that were thrown at him in his life. He never gave up. He was one of the toughest men I have ever known. I respected him because he was such an honorable man. He loved his family and God with all his heart. He was always there for those who needed him. I loved him because of who he was. We will meet again someday and we will have that dinner we talked about. Dear Aunt Carol,Melinda, Desi and Ryan: I am so sorry for your loss and I will keep all of you in my prayers as you deal with this tragedy. I wish there was something that I could do or say that would ease your burden, but God will see you through this. I hope Uncle Mario is at peace now with all of his loved ones that preceeded him to his just reward. He will certainly be rewarded for his acts of kindness while he was among us.
