I have fond memories of Uncle Tom...most of them included laughter! What a wonderful man!! It is so evident that his wife, his children, his grandchildren were precious to him. It is an honor to call him family....he will be missed.

To Donna and the family...
I knew Tom, as a man of honor and integrity who truly knew how to listen . Visits with Tom and my cousin Donna were always way too short. Speaking as a member of the White - Cape clan, all of us were proud to have Tom as a part of our family. When we spoke of Tom it was always with respect and a bit of awe because of all his many accomplishments. Tom set an example for all of us in how he lived his life. The quiet dignity, the strength of character, the subtle smile, and a grounding presence -- he could be a blessing by simply being there.

Our hearts are sad as we lost a true gentleman yesterday. I will never forget soon after Tom's surgery he got down on the floor at church to play cars with our son. I am sure it did not feel good to be on the floor but he did it with a smile, kind words and full attention for my son. Attributes that I saw so often from him. Tom will forever have a special place in our heart and will be greatly missed. Our prayers for the Eaker and Marron family.
