Howard has been a close friend of the Halpin family for decades. I have known Howard for most of my life growing up and remember the times he took me driving, to practice for my road test. We used to keep in touch while I was overseas serving in the military. He will be missed.

My sister Dottie Auterback and I came up to Connecticut to visit for a long weekend. As Dottie and I were getting ready to leave, I fell at the airport and ending in the hospital and then a rehab center for a month. My brother took such great care of me. I will miss him so much.
