Obituary of Howard Lawrence Auterback, Jr.
Southbury – Mr. Howard L. Auterback, Jr., age 66, of Southbury, died Tuesday April 7, 2020 at Danbury Hospital.
Mr. Auterback was born September 23, 1953 in Washington, D.C. son of the late Howard L. Auterback, Sr. and the late Dorothy E. Tummillo. He was retired after working for many years as a service technician for Coca Cola, also formerly worked as a machinist and was a master carpenter, musician and auto enthusiast.
Mr. Auterback is survived by his life partner: Loretta Booth of Southbury and his sisters: Dorothy Auterback-Thorn of Bradenton, Florida and Barbara Cobb of Bradenton, Florida and many nieces and nephews.. He was also predeceased by his step father Anthony Tummillo.
Private graveside funeral services will be held in Wooster Cemetery in Danbury. There are no calling hours. The Cornell Memorial Home 247 White Street Danbury is in charge of arrangements.
