I met John thru our short time together at the FCI. , we played softball together for a few years too. We kept in contact once he left, but as with so many relationships, it faded... I'd bump into to John from time to time, we'd reflect about our past, hoped each other was well, and moved on. I WAS a frequent patron of Pippas, until I wasn't... but every year when I'd stop by for my Super Bowl #s, I'd ask Suzie how John was doing, and it was always, O.K....
You will be sadly missed old friend...enjoy your new surroundings! Hopefully, we will ALL see you down the road!!!

So sorry to hear about Johnny. Worked with him at Danbury Housing for years. Such a nice guy, always had this big smile and easy going. Taught many of us about plumbing. Condolences to his sister Sue and the rest of his family and friends. RIP Johnny. Love Dorene Doran and all of us who worked with him.

My thoughts for peace go out to Johnny's friend's but especially his sister, Susan. I grew up as a neighbor & I will always remember Johns SMILE it was wonderful, his humor was like that of his dad, a hugely funny man himself!!! I am so deeply saddened by Johnnys passing, he will definitely be missed by many! RIP John J Seri...hugs & kisses to mom & dad for me...XOXO

My deepest condolences to John’s family. John and I grew up and played sports together. He was a great athlete and an even better friend. He will be missed.
