Obituary of Ronald Ernest Haynes
Ronald E. Haynes, of Danbury, beloved husband of Deborah (Beers) Haynes, died at Danbury Hospital on Tuesday, August 24, 2021. He was born in Brighton, England on February 9, 1949, son of the late Ernest E and Edith G (Dewar) Haynes.
Ron worked for Culligan, retiring as service manager after 40 years of employment. During his career he was recognized often for his exceptional service. He loved to read, listen to music, go on adventures in his Mini, and found pleasure in amateur photography.
Above all else, Ron loved his family. His happiest times were spent with his children and grandchildren. He was anxiously awaiting the arrival of his first great granddaughter.
Ronald will be greatly missed by his devoted wife Debbie; his children Eric Haynes (Racheal Denault), his daughter, Sarah Cefaloni (Adam); his four grandchildren, Christopher (Hannah Noto) and Alex Haynes (Mariah Robinson), Joseph and Ryan Cefaloni; and his great grandson, Braedyn; and many adoring nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
He was predeceased by his infant son, Jason; and his sister, Pauline.
The family will receive friends at Cornell Memorial Home on Wednesday, September 1st, from 5:00 – 6:30pm.
Words of remembrance will be privately shared by the family at 6:30pm.
